Pulse Dust Collector
Description
Working principle of bin top dust collector
Dusty gas enters the dust collector box through the air inlet, and fine dust particles are trapped on the outer wall of the cloth bag due to various effects of the cloth bag. The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet of the box on the cloth bag. As the usage time increases, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the cloth bag increases, and the air permeability of the cloth bag decreases, making the resistance of the dust collector continuously increase. In order to ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within a limited range, the pulse controller sends a signal and sequentially opens the electromagnetic pulse valve, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed from each nozzle of the blowing pipe to the corresponding Venturi pipe (referred to as primary air), and when the high-speed airflow passes through the Venturi pipe, it induces several times the surrounding air (referred to as secondary air) of the primary air to enter the filter cartridge, causing rapid expansion between the cloth bags, Due to the rapid disappearance of the impact of the reverse pulsed air flow, the cloth bag contracts sharply again, which removes the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the cloth bag and allows the falling dust to enter the ash silo.
Maintenance and repair of bin top dust remover
After the bin top dust remover is put into operation, a dedicated person should be assigned to manage and maintain it, and be familiar with the working principle and technical performance of the dust remover,
Master adjustment and maintenance methods, conduct patrol inspection on each shift, and establish operation records.
The oil water separator, filter, air storage tank, and air bag shift of compressed air should be drained once to twice.
The filter material for compressed air is replaced every 2-6 months.
The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months and vulnerable parts should be replaced.
5. Various rubber seals should be replaced regularly.
If there is ash emission from the exhaust port, check whether the filter bag is fallen off or damaged, and whether the bolts (Venturi tube) are loose
Check whether the padding is aged. (The upper cover can be opened for inspection)
7. If ash emission from the exhaust port is found after each ash removal, it indicates excessive ash removal, and the ash removal cycle should be adjusted.
8. Regularly check the integrity of the filter bag (once every three months), and immediately replace and repair it if it is damaged.
When repairing, the same material as the filter bag should be used for patching. It is strictly prohibited to use only thread to seam stitching. General service life of cloth bag
1-2 years.
9. Keep the dust remover body clean frequently, and timely repair the damaged parts of the paint, at least every two years
Once.
