Functional characteristics
The foam acts on the dust through good covering, wetting, adhesion and other ways, effectively reducing the dust concentration on the mining face, greatly improving the working environment of the mining face, improving the working efficiency of underground operators, and effectively reducing the incidence rate of pneumoconiosis of mining front-line workers.
Compared with other wet dust suppression methods, the water consumption of foam dust suppression can be reduced by 50%~80%, and the dust suppression efficiency is 3~5 times higher than that of spray spraying. Foam dust suppression has the following characteristics:
1. The foam can cover the dust source without gaps, and fundamentally prevent the outward diffusion of dust;
2. After the liquid forms foam, the total volume and total surface area increase significantly, increasing the collision efficiency with dust, and purifying the working environment of the underground mining face;
3. The liquid film of foam contains special additives, which can rapidly change the wettability of dust and increase the speed of dust wetting;
4. Foam has good viscosity. Dust and foam will be quickly adhered to by foam after contacting.
5. Suppress the sparks generated by the action of the cutting teeth of the roadheader and coal and rock, and eliminate the resulting gas and coal dust explosion accidents.
6. Low water consumption avoids the settlement of the fully mechanized excavating machine caused by high water consumption in water mist dust removal, and improves working efficiency.
7. High dust removal efficiency greatly improves the sight of the roadheader driver, eliminates the safety hazards caused thereby, and improves section quality and production efficiency.
Maintenance requirements
"How to maintain the dust removal equipment? Before that, we have explained the consequences of not paying attention to the maintenance of industrial vacuum cleaners or using incorrect methods.". Let's introduce how to properly use and maintain a vacuum cleaner.
1、 There are various types of dust removal equipment, with different models, specifications, structural performance, and functional characteristics. Before use, it is necessary to carefully read the instructions to avoid damage to the industrial vacuum cleaner caused by improper use and endangering the safety of the user.
2、 The ambient temperature for the use of ordinary industrial vacuum cleaners should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the workplace should not be above an altitude of 1000 meters. There should be a good ventilation environment, and the air should be free of flammable and corrosive gases in a dry indoor environment.
3、 Dry dust removal equipment is not allowed to absorb water, and wet hands are not allowed to operate the vacuum cleaner. If there are large paper balls, plastic sheets, or waste materials larger than the diameter of the straw in the place that needs to be cleaned, they should be removed in advance, otherwise the straw can easily be blocked. 6、 When an industrial vacuum cleaner absorbs liquid substances, it is necessary to remove the filter element and pay attention to emptying the liquid in a timely manner.
4、 Connect the ground wire to ensure safety in using electricity. The general industrial vacuum cleaner should preferably work continuously for no more than 8 hours each time, mainly to prevent the motor from overheating and burning down. 8、 Mobile dust removal equipment should be careful not to be hit, to prevent damage to the barrel of the industrial dust collector and air leakage, and to reduce the suction force of the industrial dust collector.
9、 When the machine is not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. Industrial vacuum cleaners that do not support long-term continuous work should be controlled within the working hours supported by the industrial vacuum cleaner, and should not be overloaded, otherwise affecting the service life of the industrial vacuum cleaner.
10、 If the main machine of the dust removal equipment heats up, has a burning smell, or the industrial dust collector shakes and makes abnormal noises, it should be shut down and sent for repair immediately. Do not overload the industrial dust collector.
