Main uses
Asphalt mixing station, also known as asphalt concrete mixing station, refers to a complete set of equipment used for batch production of asphalt concrete, which can produce asphalt mixture, modified asphalt mixture, and colored asphalt mixture. It is a necessary equipment for constructing highways, grade highways, municipal roads, airports, and ports.
Components of the complete machine
The asphalt mixing equipment mainly consists of a batching system, a drying system, a combustion system, a hot material lift, a vibrating screen, a hot material storage bin, a weighing and mixing system, an asphalt supply system, a powder supply system, a dust removal system, a finished product silo, and a control system.

Equipment classification
According to production capacity, it can be divided into: small, medium, and large.
Small size, i.e. productivity below 40t/h;
Medium, i.e., the production rate is between 40 and 400 t/h;
Large, i.e. the productivity is above 400t/h.
According to the transportation method (migration method), it can be divided into mobile type, semi fixed type, and fixed type.
Mobile type, that is, the silo and mixing pot are equipped with tires, which can be transferred with the construction site, and is suitable for county and township highways and low grade highway projects;
Semi fixed type, which means that the equipment is installed on several trailers and assembled at the construction site, mostly used for highway construction;
Fixed type, that is, the equipment operation site is fixed, also known as asphalt concrete processing plant, suitable for centralized engineering and urban road construction.
According to the process flow (mixing method), it can be divided into continuous drum type and intermittent forced type.
Continuous drum type, that is, continuous and uninterrupted mixing method is adopted for production, and the heating and drying of aggregates and mixing of mixtures are carried out continuously in the same drum;
Forced intermittent type, that is, the heating and drying of aggregates and mixing of mixtures are carried out periodically. The equipment mixes each pot separately, with each pot stirring for 45 to 60 seconds. The output depends on the equipment model.
Features of mobile asphalt mixing station:
1. Module design makes handling and installation faster and easier;
2. The unique design of the mixing blade makes mixing easier, more reliable, and more efficient with a highly powered mixing cylinder;
3. The vibrating screen driven by an imported vibrating motor greatly improves efficiency and reduces the failure rate of the equipment;
4. The bag dust collector is placed in the drying state above the drum to reduce heat loss and save space and fuel;
5. The bottom of the silo is relatively structured, greatly reducing the floor area of the equipment, while eliminating the lifting space of the finished material lane, reducing the equipment failure rate;
6. Lifting aggregate and using double row plates for lifting increase the service life of the elevator and improve operational stability;
7. Adopt dual automatic control computer/manual control system, with automatic fault diagnosis program, easy to operate and safe.
